Found a link to his views, dont really like his ideas. He doesnt talk about securing borders enough, too much about the people already here. He doesnt seem to support a school voucher program, and i would like to see something about balancing a budget or keeping spending/taxes low.

How come everyone who says they will vote for him, doesnt list one specific issue they agree with. Things like, young, idealistic, new make good stories, but dont help find a direction for the country. I wished more people looked at issues and found something to agree with. I dont think people who want to vote for him find that similarity in political philosophy.

He is one of the few bright stars in the Demo. party these days. He is junior, but very bright & charasmatic. I'd vote for the guy in a second. But don't worry, Rove has a team of spies looking into his background looking for mistresses, drug use, etc... to stain and impugn his image at the right time, like before an election.

ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME... Just about every political leader we ever had had idealism when they were new to the arena... lets watch and see what he does over the next few years... At this juncture, he certainly is inspiring but will he be corrupted over time or will he stand true to the people who put him there and not big business

Barack Obama is the junior senator from Illinois. No, I wouldn't vote for him, at least not at this time. He hasn't proven himself as a senator yet.

He seems to be very well respected. I would definitely consider it. I used to have hopes for Colin Powell. But lost all respect for him after he lied about the WMDs so elegantly. I guess his conscience was bothering him after that so the administration had to get rid of him.
