When we try to associate one thing with other thing we can always find something to associate. In fact that is the association technique of memorizing names.
Now to answer your question it is not because that one person's personality something because her/his name is something or her/his name is x because her/his personality was something related.
So forget about name and personality association - just use it for remembering name and not for judging a person.

You may have a point, but I guess it's what the name feels, like Mrs.Sisco, what does that say to you? Mean, most likely. and Mrs.Burnhum(pronounced Burn-um, lol), mean as well. I think it may be how the name sounds to you.

My last name has nothing to do with my personality. I married into it after all.

There is no reason it should, but that's funny! How about Mrs. Foster? Is she about beer or fostering children's development and education?
