It's hard to answer this question when you ask about new love .. is it for you after a broken relationship or for just any one.. i know love helps but you must be ready for that love.. having let go of the past relationship and ready to move forward other wise you will just have more baggage and perhaps pick the wrong person.. rebound is never good... so it is best to take the time to heal...

No. You're the only person who is responsible for your "joy" in life. You can't expect anyone else to bring that to you..you have to find it in yourself and for yourself.
I think one of the biggest mistakes we all make is that we think the person we love is "responsible" somehow for making us happy. We have to make ourselves happy. It's not someone elses' responsiblity..and it's not something anyone else can do for you.
Can they contribute to your joy or your happiness...or your misery? Sure. But you're the one who choses to have the feelings, and they belong to you.

IT DEPENDS ON IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED A RELATIONSHIP FIRST BEFORE STARTING A NEW..... IF YOU HAVE ENDED A RELATIONSHIP THAN YOU MUST KNOW WHO YOU ARE... DISCOVER WHO YOU ARE SO THAT YOU CAN RECONGNIZE LOVE WHEN YOU SEE IT!!! ... GOOD LUCK AT FINDING IT....
