Haven't read any of the books you've mentioned but my favorites are Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman
Life is Funny By ER Frank
Tell Me Your Dreams by Sidney Sheldon (all his books are good)
A Child Called 'It' by Dave Pelzer and all his series The Lost Boy and A Man Named Dave
All of these are some exceptionally good books!!

I really enjoyed Speak, and all of David Sedaris' books as well... I would say to check out anything by Augusten Burroughs and also Assasination Vacation by Sarah Vowell - Both of them have a similar tone to Sedaris, make me laugh out loud, and come full circle in the end of each piece. Good readin'!

Sarah Dessen books are my favorite. If you like This lullabye you wil definately like Just Listen, and The Truth About Forever. Dreamland and Keeping the Moon were really good too.
Plan B, is an MTV book, I can't remember the author but that was really good too.
And if I may suggest a website to you www.fictionpress.com then go to young adult. My favorites are "Rednecks Drink Dr. Pepper" and "357 I'm not allowed to Do"

You might try other Laurie Halse Anderson books and other Sarah Dessen books. My favorite Sarah Dessen book is The Truth About Forever. Catalyst and Prom are other books by Laurie Halse Anderson.
I also enjoy the Georgia Nicolson series by Louise Rennison.
You might also enjoy the verse novels of Sonya Sones. I like What My Mother Doesn't Know. Her most recent book is One Of Those Hideous Books Where The Mother Dies.

You simply must read " A Confederacy of Dunces" by John Kennedy O'Toole. It is probably the funniest novel I've read in the last 5 years. The characters are outrageous and memorable, the plot imaginative and hilarious, and the dialogue is pure genius!
Also, I would recommend anything by Tom Robbins. If you haven't read any books by him, start with "Still Life With Woodpecker" or "Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates." You will not be disappointed.
Oh, yes, I almost forgot, "A Dirty Job" by Christopher Moore was very entertaining. Certainly worth reading.

Out of the books you listed, I have only read This Lullaby... But, I really liked:
*The Earth, My Butt, And Other Big Round Things- funny, sweet, and true
*The Gossip Girl series (Nothing Can Keep Us Together, You're the One That I Want, etc...) - pure sinful indulgence
*The Confessions of Georgia Nicholson series (Dancing in My Nudie Pants; Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging, etc...) - very enjoyable
*The Girls series (Girls Out Late, Girls in Love, etc...) - hillarious and endearing!
Have fun!
