I agree with everyone, of course it depends on the woman. Who, though?

Actually no, they would have the same problems that men would have. IF women ran the world we be in the same spot.. maybe even worse because alot of women are more agreesive then men most the time - alot of them are more manipilative and everything else but there are a few that are nice and kind people just like men... I find the sexs even I find the races even I really don't care who wants to be president man or woman - but they better know what they want to do and stick to their guns.

well, women ARE allowed to be president! No one has been elected yet. I definatly think a woman would bring a different point of view to the white house, but I don't think it would be enough to make the earth a better place. There are alot of levels to the politiacl process, and the president does not have the power to make broad sweeping changes. She would have to work with her constituants and try to implement changes.

You answered your own question... what are we supposed to say now? How about this:
IT would depend on who the President was. If it were someone like former British PM Margret Thatcher, I would vote for her in a second. If it were 95% of the females in Congress today, I wouldn't even vote.

Ann Coulter will make a nice President. :) Just kidding. I think it depends on the person. Women can be as bad or as good as men.

I think so. She would have to temper her emotions and not let them affect all of her decisions. At first, she would have a difficult time in the political arena which is dominated by males. But if she stands fast to her principles and the ideals that our founding fathers outlined for our country, she will go far. America needs a "Steel Magnolia".

I think that it doesn't matter the sex of the president. I think they need to be less of the typical politician. What would happen if Oprah was president? Then the world would be a better place.

It depends on who the Woman will be. A Woman couldn't be any worse than the Man in the office now!

I think it would be a more scary place...
I don't want anyone PMSing that has their finger on the BIG BUTTON. And I don't want anyone feeling sorry for terrorists. Sometimes you've got to KILL PEOPLE so that other people can live.... Not sure the "kinder, gentler" gender, is well suited for what is required.

It depends on the woman. Ms. Rice, no way. Ms. Clinton, too much baggage to be effective. Ms. Bush, too tainted
