You could possibly need to reset the alarm system, if it came from Jeep, take it to the dealership, if it is an aftermarket alarm, talk to whoever installed it, if you did installed it look in the manual on how toi reset the system, sometimes it is as easy as disconnecting the battery for a minute or two, but again refer to the manual or dealer.

you know that little peg near the window... push it down before you close your door..
I suppose you need the remote to turn off your TV too?

May be a bad button on your remote.
