Is about two families. The dad who lives with his son, and a mother that lives with her daughter. The kids go to the same school and get a project from school in which they have to work together and that is how their parents meet each other. The parents eventually fall in love and get together. In the movie it all happens within 24 hours and between scenes of the movie you get to know what time of the day is. The movie ends at the end of the day (midnight) and by then they are all together.

Its sounds like One Fine Day....BUT, the Women has the son, and the Guy has a Daughter. so its not exactly how you said it, but it seems like it with everything else.
