Because we can wipe good enoughh, don't care how we wipe it is not good enoug because we have hair around our,rectum and stain will left on the hair. then our underwear clean it for us, woman is diff rent they don have hair in that area

This is very common, it is due to improper cleaning after bowel movement. You should not only use dry toilet paper, it should be followed with a wet wipes. Me, I usually wash myself in the bath tub with soap and water. I lather the soap on my left hand then I direct the water on my *** as I rub it with my soaped hand.

I think you are just trying to cover up for yourself, the first step to admit to your problem. step two is to wipe your butt, then take a shower and put on clean underwear. this should be simple.
