Best to see a doctor and have a urine and blood test not just for pregnancey but any diseases you may have contacted etc. You need to be responsible when having sex.
Also be aware that at times you can be late with your periods if your diet is not good etc, so be sure to eat healthy and exercise. but definately have a more thorough examination (home pregnancy test do not always work) and from experience neither do tests that the doctor may perform. Just be more responsible when having sex. It's simple really.

now depending on your age periods are often late and irregular if you are going through menapause, and it can happen when you're in ya late 30's early 40's and more than likely after 5o's. So that could be a possibilty too depending on who you are.

it's always a good idea to try a second test by a different company, just to be sure.
