My favorite was Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson in "How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days". I don't think you could beat the amount of chemistry it looked like they had! They would have made some beautiful babies too... :o)

Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling in The Notebook. It's not that I'm a particularly big fan of incredibly gushy love stories, but the chemestry between these two was amazing and made the movie as successful as it was.

I think Tom Cruise and Penelope Cruz in Vanilla Sky. I think it was clear there was something going on there.
The WORST on screen couple had to be Hayden Christensen and Natalie Portman in Starwars. They looked like they wanted to spit on each other most of the time.

I think Johnny Depp and Keira Knightly in Pirates of the Carribean. You could'nt see it but the love was there! In the next Pirates movie Johnny and Keira get closer!
