Technically no. The constitution guarantees the rights of United States citizens. By practise you will have all the protections of the bill of rights afforded to you..but you are here at the discretion of the government and not granted all the rights of citizenship.
P.S. To be clear...for example...the right to assemble.. that right will be afforded as long as the govt. permits you to stay. Anyone who says otherwise does not understand the constitution.

Your ? doesn't make any sense. You say that you're a greencard holder and then ask if you have the same consitutional rights as greencard holders. I assume that you mean as natural born citizens? Shouldn't you know what rights you have? Anyway, you have all of the rights as we do except that you can't vote, can't run for president, and a few other smaller things.

Nope you are not a full citizen. You have basic rights, but not all of the ones in the constitution. All I can say is I hope if you are staying for awhile, you become a full fledged citizen, and not just marry into it like some, or avoid it.

everyone standing on US soil is protected by the constitution. it is the law of the LAND and there are no exceptions.
This is why Bush had to send his illegal "enemy combatants" to CUBA to violate their rights.
