Please don't worry! There are as many women who have irregular periods as have regular ones. Some women NEVER have regular periods and have no problem conceiving. I'm not a doctor but I have never heard of irregular periods being a cause of an inability to get pregnant.

If your irregular periods are causing YOU to be uncomfortable aside from the comment your friend made (I know I was really irritated by it growing up because you're never quite sure when it will come on) then you may want to consider birth control...I know that most of them tend to make your periods more regular, but talk to the doctor as certain ones will actually cause you to skip periods, and that's not what you're after! :o)

Talk to your doctor and make sure that there isn't an underlying cause for the irregular periods. But to answer your question, yes, you will be able to get pregnant. It might just take a few more tries than someone who knows when she is ovulating but you can definitely get pregnant.

Absolutely not! And use birth control pills to get yourself on a regular period cycle. When you first stop after taking them is when your most likely to get pregnant. Unless you have another problem. Ask your doctor.

i dont think irregularity in periods affects pregnancy, just keep in mind that everything happens for a reason, if you got pregnant it means the child is meant for you if its not then it means you have to change your partner.
