I know the answer, but can you figure it out?

The maker doesn't need it,
The buyer doesn't use it,
And the user doesn't see it,
What is it?

Also try:

If you eat this you will die,
Rich people need it,
And poor people have it,
What is it?

Ha, hard aren't they... But they both have a one word answer, and there is only one answer for each of them. ;-)

Actually, the first one is not valid, as many folks buy their coffins, burial plots, markers, heaadstones and prepaid grave-opening services well in advance of their demise, and so they do use what they bought exactly as they intended to use it. They may not see the actual coffin, as they typically view a floor model at time of purchase; however, some people may actually see the actual one they are ultimately buried in. More, many people in many cultures make their own caskets so all three of the conditions of the riddle are not valid. There is no seller, no buyer, and the user definitely sees it, albeit before use. But, there are even exceptions to that, for there are people who actually sleep in their caskets!!!!

Busted: one riddle!

Oh, and the second one, nothing, is also:
greater than God, more evil than the Devil.

source: religious dogma.
