What causes an Evap reading of P0441?

I've cleaned the gas cap and made sure it fits properly, what else could be causing that? (I drive a 2000 wrangler, 4cyl. 5 speed - if that helps.)

A P0441 is an Evap Purge Flow monitor failure. Something is keeping the Evap gases from moving through the system. It is most likely that the Evap canister purge solenoid is not operating, also check the vacuum connections at the vapor management valve.

I have seen dirt dopers build nest in the vent pipe and cause that code. Or a pulled loose hose or ripped hose can cause this. Did you leave the fuel cap off?
