First off, check the driver door placard or owner's manual.
Do not go by the MAX(imum) pressure stamped on the tyre sidewall, for the same tyres are used on many different vehicles. It is the vehicle manufacturer, not the tyre manufacturer, that determines proper inflation pressure.
BTW: tyre pressures are measured in PSI or KPa, not BAR.
P.S. all tyre pressures should be measured cold, i.e. not driven on for more than a mile.

Do you have an owners manual, use that manual only if you are still running the tires that were designed for that car Check there 1st. 2nd, call a tire service place. All tires have a recommended tire pressure. look on that tire. That tire WAS designed for a proper air pressure for safety and road applications, if this pressure is not adhered to, even a new tire will not carry a warranty

The pressures on the tires is usually Max pressures, You want the pressures the Car manufactures recommend. Look on the Drivers door post or in the fuel flap. If that fails look in the Owners book. Use THAT pressure NOT the one on the tire

Read the sidewall pressure recommendations and set them accordingly to the maker of the tyre to the pressure molded thereon. They know better than anyone at what pressure it will best perform.
