Looks like a bunch of mosquito bites all together (early stage). Probably not MD recommended but works for me:
Get in the shower and scratch it 'till it bleeds. Wash thoroughly, and immediately pack on the gold bond. Repeat gold bond until you get a good scab healing. May cause scarring or other deleterious effects unkown to me.

Use the wrong facilities out in the woods and you'll find out. I did and all I can remember is the itching a few hours later. You can't itch fast enough. It was so bad I had to go to the hospital at midnight and went unconsious on the gurney. Believe me, I pack Charmin now.

It's a rash. First it itches and the more you scratch it the more enflamed the area becomes. you also get red swollen bumps in the area. Anything with oatmeal in it will help the itching and redness.

It's a little puffy, red, and itches like hell. Try and use IvyRest or IvaRest...forgot how it's spelled. If you can't find that. Try Benadryl capsules with Hydrocortisone 1% cream.

You would have red blotches raised & also some flat ones, blisters & intense itching.
