Well it depends on which kind of aliens ur talking about, some people call like mexicans and all aleins because their not from our counrty the united states, but i dont know about the ones out in space

Without a doubt. Our sun, which has at least one planet with life on it, is in fact just another star in the vastness of the universe.
Our galaxy, the Milky Way galaxy, has around 200-400 BILLION stars in it. The lastest estimates say that there are around 100 billion galaxies. Stop for a moment and think about how much just one billion is.
Using our own galaxy as an average, we can infer that there might be, say, 300 billion stars per galaxy. Multiply 300 billion stars by 100 billion galaxies, and you will have an approximate number of stars in the universe. Many, many of these stars are similar to our sun, from which you can imagine each of these suns having their own planets.
Surely there is life on one of these, but more likely, there is life on billions of these planets.
