The only way I’ve been able to kind of help it, is to get an exfoliate and scrub my face, but then my face gets all irritated and red, and only later it starts back up again, not to mention it drys it out… but if I use a strong moisturizer after words then it only flakes sooner. What product should I get (and it would be nice if it was natural, and had NO funky chemicals)

Nah, I looked at the syptoms... I don't think I have "Rosacea"... I don't get THAT red LOL, and I don't get bumpy... my skin just flakes like it's dry or something...

If it was "Psoriasis" wouldn't I have it on the rest of my body?!? I only get flaky on my face, yes sometimes I think it looks like dry scales flacking off, but it only happens on my face, and I don't get red unless I SCRUB it, if I just wash it it wont be red but the skin will look all gooy in spots and that's too grows so I scrub the heck out of it LOL and then it's all irritated :( bummer.

Is it b/c I only wash my face once a day? should I wash it twice a day? ... I don't wear make up or do anything with my face, so I figured I didn't have to wash it except for once a day ya know... I could be wrong...

Try St. Ives Gentle Apriot Scrub. It won't dry your skin, and it exfoliates gently with natural ingredients (instead of chemically). Wet your face with warm water and scrub GENTLY in a circular motion. Pat your face dry but leave a little moisture on the surface, and then apply a moisturizing cream (skip the toner). Use a cream because it's richer and longer-lasting than a lotion or gel. It may take five to seven days to see results, but you definitely will!

this is no longer extremely that accessible to magically change into light. you would possibly want to attempt to apply a foundation or powder lighter than your good skin tone. i'm a lightweight individual myself. you're doing good by attempting to stay out of the daylight. Like I stated try lighter makeup.

You may have a skin condition called "Rosacea". Go to any search engine and type Rosacea in and see what the symptoms are. It won't hurt to look, you never know.

Mary Kay has a micro-derm abrasion kit that works. I'm sure there's a lot of other brands out in stores now as well. I also use body lotion on my face every morning. Seems weird but it works. Neutrogena.

for 44yrs i have been using vitem e lotion.. you can get the cheep stuff at walmart for $3.98.. it will last up to ayear..

after every shower or face wash.. put your lotion on.. you only need just a few dabs on your fingers.. i have gone on dateing sites and they tell me i look like i am 23yrs old. some say 34yrs old.. no one can seem to tell my age and when i tell them i am 44yrs old they cant belive it..

hon, i use to be a modle in my younger ages.. and the whole thing is this

go get a bowl fill it with ice and water.. then go in the bathroom to wash your face. now take your oley body soap it is purple box.. $5.49 for 6 bars.. anyway.. take a bar of soap turn your water on warm.. then rince your face.. then use the soap.. rince it off.. re wash.. then rince.. now pat your face dry.. now take your bowl of ice water and splash it on your face.. YES IT WILL HURT it is a shocker it and closes your poors...

see we loosen are face with the warm water,
then we open the pores then clean them out 2's
then we wipe off any dead skin..
last we re close them with the ice water..

for 32yrs..

then put the e lotion on my face,, then if you put make up on.. just let it dry for a few moments or use hair blow dryer then put your foundation on and powder. ect..

remember just a few fingers lighty it will go far.. mama giggles
