About every 4 days:

I would change them everyday. It just gross to wear the same pair more than one day. Also most people in this day and age wear boxers or briefs. Try them out, you won't go back to underpants again.

It will be a good thing to change underpants or undergarments for a male and female. its like a hygine issue. when changing undergarments or underpants daily, it is a hygine way. then as for the frequency, maybe like whenever you take a bath, its the best time to change to a fresh undergarments or underpants. its best to be this way.

When ever it starts itching. i bet u'll be smellin as hel by then. Well, it's just proper to do that everyday. i don't sleep with my underpants on so i wear them only during the day and i change them everyday. Doing that will avoid most possible genital diseases.

it depends on your preference and that of your partner. some people are turned on by the smell of soiled underpants. if both of you want the fresh scent, then change everyday. if you prefer the stinky scent, then change less often. i'm trying my best not to be judgmental. cheers!

You can wear a pair of underpants for four days. First wear them right-side-out with the front in the front. Then wear them right-side-out with the front in the back. Then wear them inside-out with the front in the front. Then wear them inside-out with the front in the back.
