What do YOU think? Obviously, the arcade has an decent amount of business coming from kids who wear uniforms, however it is every business owner's right to decide what is acceptable and what is not in his or her place of business.
What do YOU think of this issue and why?

Why would you want to? I would think that you would want to change into more casual or comfortable clothing so that your school uniform wouldn't get dirty or damaged in the arcade.

It depends if it's after school hours, or on weekends and whatever. It's their uniform, making it their articles of clothing, they can wear it when they want I guess.
