mine is working
may be there is a problem with the server that ur account is on
wait for some time and try again

Mine is working. I'm located just outside Chicago, and I have a cable modem.

mine wasnt
its trying to use the windows live beta for the mail and it isnt working
go to your settings and opt out of the beta testing
it will send you to the old school mail app and it will work
