Big difference.... the US has $1,$2,$5,$10,$20,$50,$100 they are all Green in color and different Presidence on each of the bills.
Canadian money is Different in color as far as the bills go and then you have a coin for $1, $2 so there is a huge difference in the money.. Hope this helps???

Canadian bills are different colours . 5's blue 10's purple 20's green 50's reddish and 100's brown.

and right now it's trading at 89 cents meaning it costs a Canadian 1.11 to buy one us dollar

Both are in Dollars, but Canadian Dollars are worth about 67% of U.S. Dollars.
