the most hated Army exercise in Basic Training.. butterflies .. lay on your back on a decent pad and something that supports your lower back.. maybe one of those eggcrate type bedding materials.. alternate lifting your legs about 2 feet into the air.. and drop them down to within six inches or soo off of the ground .. Don't let them hit the floor.. repeat back and forth from leg to leg until you can't do any more..(it will be much sooner than you think :) ) repeat after a few minutes.. and yep.. repeat after a few minutes..
Ahhh.. they got us in shape in no time .. Have fun with this one.. it is self torture in a good way :)

roll ups

roll ups are when you lie on your back and put your hands on your put and you bring your lrgs up to your chest

do them for 50 set X2

yea going to have to agree those are deadlky excerises, but they work and do not put you hands under you ***. or like under you have your arms and hands at your sides when your doing them. it will be much harder but worth it.
