75% of all Americans and probably most other people in the Western world are chronically dehydrated. A bladder infection could have been caused by dehydration combined with some kind of exposure to some kind of infection. Drinking 6-8 glasses of clean water each day could take care of that. You might want to squeeze 1/2 of a lemon(no sugar) in each glass of water to help with recovery. Also change from using table salt and switch to sea salt. These changes will help considerably.

yes you can as the level of toxins in the bladder build up due to its high concentration level of the urea .thats why we ned to drink to flush it out of our system .
