Sorry I only know 1 for Dragonball Z Budokai 2. Tp fill up on skill capsules without spending a dime, go to Bulma's shop. Hold on to L2 the whole time. keep entering and exiting until you notice the percent number going up. I gets harder as you reach 99% because you keep geting duplicates of the same capsules. That the only one I got. Sorry.
