Has anyone else here read "East of Eden"?

I agree. It is a wonderful story, excellent writing and a compelling read! John Steinbeck is one of my favorite authors. If you enjoyed it, you should read some of his other books, such as "Cannery Row," and it's sequel "Sweet Thursday", or "The Grapes of Wrath."

Good book and worth reading, although I prefer Steinbeck's shorter works. There is also an old movie based on the novel, also called East of Eden, with James Dean. If you liked the book, you will probably enjoy the movie.

Sorry I havent but you should read "Invisble Monsters" by Chuck Palahniuk. Its a really good book!
