I realize that percentiles are used instead of specific numbers, however i was wondering what the range was.

My bf is in Mensa, he says 140 or above.

Here is a link to their website. Though they do not come right out and tell you what score you need, I believe the bare minimum is a 180 IQ, though it might be a little lower. I have a friend whose IQ is well over 180 but she refuses to join Mensa for her own personal reasons so I don't know much about the society. Check out their website and if all else fails contant the society and ask them.

Actually it's not that high, (unattainable) but each test has its own range that is acceptable for Mensa's standards. (There are different versions out there that can be taken at a physchologist's office that Mensa then reviews the score or you can take one that is proctored by Mensa itself that is scheduled at a certain date in a certain city)
