Many magnet products exist in the market today, with prices ranging from few $ into the hundreds. The technology goes to improve fuel (petrol, diesel and LPG) and additional power with easier burning of mixture in the combustion chamber. What is best?

The most expensive one. You will get better gas mileage because you won't be carrying all that extra money when you drive. Might save you one gallon of gas if you drive the car for 10+ years. The extra weight of the magnet will cost more gas mileage than you save. Keep the money in your wallet and buy the extra gallon of gas.
