...before or after you go "weeding"?

if you are going to weed around your lawn, mow after cause if you mow, you will cut the weeds and will have trouble discerning the difference between the two. I would mow early to mid afternoon (11am). Make sure the grass is dry or else it will be much more difficult, cutting and disposing of the grass clippings. If you really don't care about the weeds being there but want your lawn to look nice, you can weed afterwards. I finished cutting the lawn and weeding. I started at 11:30am and finished at 2:45pm. This included mowing and weeding. If I had mowed the lawn yesterday it would have taken longer since the lawn was damp from the rain.

Before. If you do it after, you will just cut do away with any spray you put on the weeds to kill them or if you do it with a weed eater, it really does not matter which way you do it. As for time of day that is best to cut your grass, either early morning or late evening, depending on if there is morning dew or not. If so, better do it evening and not too short.

When my grandfather clock goes "bong" first thing in the morning, I know it is time to take a "trip" down to the garage. I get the mower all "gassed up" and I am ready to mow. I sing a tune as I go, "Scooby doobie do." If I weed first then mulch it all up with my grass, I can then smoke the whole lawn in half the time! So then I can lay back and just enjoy the feeling. :)

I don't know about the weeding part but in the evening is the best time so it does not burn

If you want a nice green, healthy lawn, cutting it later in the evening is best. After the sun is done beating on it. If you cut it and allow the sun to beat on it, it'll kill at least the tips and your lawn will become brown.

hmmmm...great answers before me, not much I can add. If I were you, I would cut my grass and do my weeding just before "high" noon.
