I'm assuming you mean "sue police for responding too late to a domestic disturbance." I'm guessing you won't have a case. They respond based on the information given in the 911 call and what else is happening at the moment. Get out of the "blame" mode, take responsibility for your choices, and move on.

No. How about not having a domestic dispute in the first place. The police aren't there to solve your personal problems. You are accountable for your own actions.

If you got hurt and the police got there to late and you can prove they took there time then yes sue. They are there to protect you.
