their best...its just that different countries have different ways of playing. In south America they are more brutal..but is typical for them Im refering to the argentinos.

I thought the refs were miserable in the 1st round, in matches that didn't matter to me (i.e. missing the goal in france vs. s. korea). I can agree you can't blame them for your loss when you have 90 minutes to take the match out of their hands (i.e. the penalty in US - Ghana was a bad call, but I blamed our team more for not scoring than the ref for the call). As for latinos, in the concacaf matches it was the costa ricans and hondurenos who loved pulling jerseys, the argentinians too. It's not my feeling, replays showed it was clearly happening.
There have been blamers from all eliminated teams, and we'll see if you aren't one of them whenever portugal gets beaten...

I am not going to blame Ronaldo for England going because even after Rooney went I felt we were the better team but couldnt score. When we came to penalties our penalties were poor But still credit to Ricardo for the saves. The thing is I play football and I dont know if you do or just maybe find sport trivial, but the unsportsman like behaviour that Ronaldo showed to a team mate for me was really bad. The same guy was complaining that he was taken out by a tackle in their game against Holland, he was upset and seen to cry as his World cup could be over. Then he went and did the same sort of thing to Rooney that is meant to be a work mate and a friend. I am sorry but I agree we do look for excuses but I hope what goes around comes around!

this is just because there as been a constant inconsistency in the the way the officials handled the issue of discipline melted out to this players, had it been that the decisions of the FIFA refs had been a little balance all through this matches there wouldn't have been any cause for anyone to complain or blame someone else for his exit in the competition
