I had the same problem as you. All my white t-shirts were practically destroyed under the arm which made them ugly looking. I used Oxi-Clean and it practically made the shirt look brand new. You can get this at walgreens. All you got to do it put it on, let it soak, and it comes right off.

Good luck!

Had the same problem with my boyfriend"s white T-shirts. When he stopped wearing anti-perspirant and switched to deoderant, he stopped getting the yellow stains. So I think it has to do with an ingrediant in the antiperspirant. Same thing with his hairspray. I had beautiful pillow cases which I had embroidered. If I didn't make him take a shower before he went to bed, he ruined them with the same yellow stains. When he switched to gel, we didn't have that problem. I've heard what was said above, oxiclean works pretty good. Also, if you do that, hang them out in the sunshine to dry as the sun acts as a natural whitening and bleaching agent. So ignore the jerks. It's not you, it's the chemicals in certain products that cause it. Hmm-m, I'll have to try that bleach pen on tile grout idea. Thanks!

Use a better deodorant. Something that will keep you from sweating. You have to use bleach, but usually that doesn't work so great, so just throw those shirts away, buy new white shirts, and try not to sweat so much. If it's too big a problem to get rid of that easily, go to the doctor and ask about prescription deodorant or something. Hope this helps!!

I've tried bleach and other ways, but alot of materials do not let it penetrate and unfortunately arm-pit stains are just that...stains! I would invest in off-white or other colours if I were you, or wear dress shields perhaps.

Either change your deodorant or start wearing yellow shirts instead. Soak the white ones in bleach for about six months.
