I don't think so. I was just out there last week on a free ticket....
Now you can win free ticket by buying Coke and enter on the site it states. Also this is advertised on TV.... wb18.com

The Universal Studios Hollywood promotion is that children 15 years and under get in for free with a full paid adult. Adult tickets cost $59.

Yes they are having that promotion. And there is a discount on adult tickets so they get in for $49.
