when i check my mail its there but when i answer a question it isnt...how can i make it show

Click on your own user name under the gray smiley that's currently showing up. Then go to the link that allows you to edit your profile. You'll see, among other things, your Yahoo ID with a circle you can click in order to use your email ID.
That's the only downfall of this place. You can use only your email avatar or your 360 ID; you can't download something else independently.
