How do they do it? Don't they feel bad that there parents will get angry or sad or betrayed. And half of them have boyfriends, how can the dudes stand there girl kissing some other guy on screen so that the whole world can see her!!! Sometimes there even girls kissing!

Generally they just touch lips, it they show the kiss at all (like seeing the back of somebody's head). I wou'dn't call that kissing. When they fake tongue, they are actually using their own tongue.
