I have only used it a couple times (out of curiousity)and it bites the big one. Should I just uninstall the thing or is there a reason I may need it.

I also have IE (which I use)...and no I don't want Firefox or Opera. I've tried those and don't like. I was just wondering why on earth I would need Netscape. If there was something it does that the others don't. I don't like it and I've not seen any questions on it...so I'm guessing not many use it. I really want to uninstall but want to be sure I don't need the thing.

You do not need it. IE will do, but for a change, try Firefox, made by Mozilla. It is much like IE and much more secure.

You don't need it. Just download Internet Explorer and dump Netscape.

Good Luck

It's only necessary if you want your computer to remain virus-free. ;-)

Seriously no one will require it, unlike Internet Explorer.
