It's a Klor-Con extended release tablet (20MEQ). It's also known as potassium chloride. These tablets should not be crushed because they are extended release and should be taken with plenty of water.

Also, if you have questions like this again, a good person to call is a pharmacist. Any local Walgreens, Osco, Walmart, etc., will do. Just give them a call and tell them what it looks like. They have drug identifier books and can tell you what kind of drug it is. Good luck!
