There's not health related issues when a man withdraws his penis and ejaculate outside. If this is your form of contraception, this is not a safe one, he could leak semen prior to ejaculation. And if he ejaculate near your vaginal opening sperm can travel in fast.

No health problems are associated with this. It fine to do what you want to do. Less chance of getting a girl pregnant if you pull before ejaculating inside of her. Also than the girl can than lick up and eat the sperm. Go with what you want to go with.
