i have scanned my system with ad-adware,spybot search and destroy, mcafee virusscan, counterspy,spysweeper, and spyware doctor
i have not found and malware at all
i safe right
im running zonealarm firewall pro

You're safe for now. Make sure to update them and run them on a regular basis though.

And add AVG to the list: http://www.grisoft.com. Also free.

make sure you update windows as often as everything else as well or the pc becomes like swiss cheese, each uncovered and updated block of windows is just another hole for a virus to slip into.
