When you say "colours" do you mean as in if you're a brunette, brown eyed, and have this colour skin tone you should consider using "_____" as an eyeshadow? If that is what you mean go to www.smashbox.com and click on the personal makeup artist. it helps find your perfect matches for your hair, skin, and eyes colour. I use it and everytime I want to make a purchase there it helps give me tips on how to apply it, or what colour to use. Try that, and if not ask a place like MAC or Sephora, someone with makeup experience, and they will be able to tell you.

You can also try going to a local department store. Often, they'll advertise a free make-over in order to help sell their makeups. The people that work there have good eyes for that sort of thing, and will gladly help you pick out your colors.

listen, you have to do this you will love it. go to www.marykay.com put in your zip find a consultant near you, visit her web page and you can take a virtual makeup tour using one of the models they have there and find colors that match your skin and hair color. when you find what you like, call that consultant and she will let you try the products for free.
