is spanking a toddler ok, if u only do it as a last resort, and if u do it to reinforce, not scare the kid!

Yeah spanking is more than OK. Its disipline,
It teaches the kid that there are consequences for every action made in life. Spanking is never done to scare the kid although it almost always does. But that unintentional side effect will be worth it when your kid becomes a teen and is not a total jerk-off that doesn't do anything you say becuz they know all you'll do is lecture or yell.

YES!!!! I was spanked until I was about ten, maybe. It was the only thing that would stop me. Some kids refuse to let anything else faze them. My parents were right to spank me.
