There is white filmy stuff growing on my cherry tree's upper leaves... what is it? How do I get rid of it?

The tree is young, and only one branch of the tree has it... what should I do?

That is a fungus , you can go to your home improvement store and buy a fungicidal soap just spray it on and it should do the trick ,I use to have this problem w/rose bushes and small tree , the product works , good luck.
