No, you dont need fake boobs to be a Raw diva. WWE looks at if a woman can tell a story in the ring, knows how to make the crowd cheer or boo for them, and that can speak clearly and in front of thousands of people, and be able to wrestle. So no you dont need fake boobs, but fakes just make you look better I guess.

Stacy Kibler and Molly Holly didn't have fake boobs.
On the other hand, they are not WWE divas anymore... So maybe the answer is yes...
