just roll in a tub of sky blue paint... have someone paint pink an white stars on your body.. i guarantee... you'll make some sort of statement.. just kiddin lol ummm.... well one trick is not to wear the regular clothes. my sister only shops in china town an wears chinese dresses an sets an people backflip over it when they see her around... i of course always am one step ahead of lil sis.. so if i told u my secrets i would have 2 kill u. so don't be afraid to step out the box. an if u are. then just go to a material store an find lil.... like... stripins an linins to sew onto the ends o your clothes. it'll look hot if u do it rite. if ya want more details than that, email me if ya kan

I love sewing beads, sequins and different kinds of embellishments on my clothing. You can find all kinds of neat stuff at WalMart or even just a craft store.
Also, using fabric paint or acrylic paints with a stencil can be a fun way to paint little designs on clothing that look awesome and are really easy to do!!!

Try thrift stores, resale shops, yard sales for new items. It might not always be safe to wear garments that someone else have worn, but often you can find new garments with the tags still on. Also, you can find assessories with tags still on. For special occasions go retro in a time when ladies looked so classy. Others will notice you and your outfit and it can be something you pulled together from your mother or grandmothers closet.

using fabric glue, stick sequins onto plain jeans.
use fabric paint and paint a design on a solid color shirt.
wear all black or white and a bright color jewelry (like black pants, shirt, and purple earrings and necklace)
using acrylic paint, paint something on white canvas shoes.
