My daughter is 17 but skipped a grade, so she graduated. She is lonely because she threw her exboyfriend away and now wants him back, of course. Unfortunately, he got a new girlfriend. He is a pretty hot guy, and 17, but still a year behind her (in all honors classes). Don't expect 17 year old guys to care if you are lonely. Don't let yourself be lonely. As some of the other people suggested, do things to stay active. Make yourself active. Don't be stuck on the computer, cuz you can be busy some other way. Go to the mall -- go to the movies. Go to some local dances. I'm sure you have some friends that care enough about you to have you along, if not, then they are not good friends. The last thing you need to do is worry. Just concentrate on school and you will see how things will happen for you. You are still young enough that you have your own beauty and lots of time left for the other things in life, including a special male and then a family. Be happy! Happiness, not depression, wins people over.

There's nothing wrong with you not have having a boyfriend you are still young she she be glad that you haven't been with any guy's who only want to get in your.

I know, Im almost 15 and Ive never had a boyfriend and all of my little skank "friends" have new BFs every week and they make fun of me but theres nothing wrong with being single! It gets lonely but being independant and single is better than being a ho with a new guy every weekend.
