is it normal for a male to have this kinda nippelz?

i was wid mi frnd 2 day @ da poool he is a dude boy he's got kinda strange nipplz kinda like a bit fluffy. is it like normal for sum boys to have tht, coz he tld me there r many guys who have lyke this nipplez tht he has seen off

It is very normal. There are many kinds of nipples, and they all exist in men and women as well.
