The only free call I believe you can place is for 9-1-1.
Unless you have a prepaid card that is activated that can be used on your phone, or have a wireless plan account or special plans where you can use up cell phone minutes (ie. weekends and evening plans where you can place unlimited calls within a certain time frame), there's no such thing as a "free lunch".

either call another person on your netrowk or wait until the evenings and weekends
