by using the "attach file" option then you find the music file you want to attach,click ok and then it's done all thats left is to send the emial.Kinda easy really

just the same way you would with a normal file, through attachments

In Outllook start a new email and then go to "format" "background" "sound" and when it brings up a browse menu just locate the music you want and Insert as per instructions.

Where you compose the message, you will find ATTACHMENTS browse for your file and attach it
