okay, so I have a job for barbizon modeling. I make around 2,000 every two months. Well, my friends keeps asking for money. I'm too nice to say no and my other friend spilled about my job and other people treat me different and I like it but I want my life to be normal. Advise?

I know what you mean hun. People only want to come around and be your friend when they want something. Like the others have said, you must learn to say no and then immediately shut your eyes and close your ears, so you dont have to listen to them continually guilt you into why you should help them. Let them go ahead and hate you or call you a you know what. They are just jealous and you deserve better friends than that anyway.

you should start telling your friends that you are trying to save up money to buy a new car or a house or watever by doing this they should get the point not to ask you for money and dont be stupid and give your money away if your friends get mad at you because of this there really not your friends anyways .save your money because one day you might not be getting as much as you are now and also stop telling people how much money you are getting at your job .money =jealously i dont really understand why you wouldnt be able to have a normal life 2000 every 2 months isnt really that big of a deal .just act normal like you did b4 you had this job

Tell your friend nicely that she or he can't borrow anymore money. Make a joke of it, like say that if he/she keeps borrowing money,he/she will be in debt up to their eyeballs. I know that sounds corny, but it'll help. Now,for the people that are treating you differently,simply tell them that you're the same person that you were years ago.Tell them to stop treating you differently.Tell them that all of the attention is starting to bug you. Then hopefullly, they'll leave you alone. People usually understand once it's broken down to them. Good luck with the modeling!!

Learn to say NO. I know how hard that can be b/c you have a good heart like me. I hate saying no sometimes and I don't like that about myself. I find it hard to say no to someone but I have learned to use that word more often. They should not ask you for money, you are not their mother, you are working for your money to keep for yourself not to give it away. Nothing you can do but to actually say NO next time ok. There's nothing to be ashamed of, if anything, they should be ashamed asking for money like they are beggars. A true friend will not want your money, they are trying to use you and take advantage of how nice you are. Don't let them walk all over you or else everyone will know how easy it is to and they will all start using you too. Put your foot down and say no, that's all. You are still a kind person, just a smart one who knows not to let anyone use her. By the way, good luck on your modeling! take care.

Your making money now! Your a model and life is not going to be the same anymore. You have moved on to another level in life. New level means new friends and new things in life. Life is full of changes, you can't get comfortable on one level. Some of the friends we have are only for that moment and not forever. So when you start telling them no and they start dropping off, you will know those were the friends to have only for that moment. I hope you go far and meet many new friends!!

well, if it's your dream then cont., but you really need to get used to it because if you become famous then that's going to happen a lot and you will have a lot of phony friends. And about the saying "no" thing, tell her that that is the last time and if she asks you again, tell her you're not a money tree.

Well, this is a toughy you kinda need to say just no. But if your friends keep asking you for ($) money, then (assuming they know how-much you earn) they realy arnt your friends because they are asking for you to bacycly make their living for them and that is SO wrong and not very friend-like!

Put your money in the bank and tell your friends sorry.
that saving for a house a new car or a rainy day you don't have to explain your self.
sometimes we just have to say no and if they get mad at you they are not really your friend its like if you feed a stray cat its there to stay.

DO NO.....repeat....DO NOT lend money to anyone........especially friends. When they ask, tell them you do not have any finances to spare. You have to pay rent, utilites, and other living expenses. Just because you are making better money than them, does not give you the obligation to share it with them or them the right to ask for it.
I could NEVER ask a friend for money.

give ur mom most of ur $ 2 save 4 u so u can go 2 college and have 500 dollars 4 urself so if u have less money tell ur friends wat u have done with it and tell them that u r broke sumtime. i hope that help. or b straight with it tell ur friends that u don't like the fact that they keep asking u 4 $.
