This movie also starred Christopher Walken and that guy who played "Larry" from "Newhart". It was a bad rip-off of the classic Western "Fist Full of Dollars", but it was set in the 1920's or 30's.

Last Man Standing is the title and it is a remake of an Akira Kurosawa film made in 1961 called Yojimbo. Another Kurosawa film was remade as the Magnificent Seven, the orginal is called Seven Samuri both orginals are cinema classics.
